We offer complimentary US shipping on orders over $95.

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs for orders under $95 are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase! If something isn't right, we accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags must be included.
  • Final sale, custom, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@isabellegougenheimdesigns.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

We'll provide return instructions. Please get in touch with us before shipping anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you when your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may need additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different design? Contact us at info@isabellegougenheimdesigns.com, and we'll be happy to help with an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.
