- Preheat your iron to a high heat setting (dry, no steam).
- Place the patch face up on your garment. Cover it with a press cloth to protect the fabric.
- Press the iron firmly on the patch for 45-60 seconds.
- Turn the garment inside out and apply heat from the back of the patch for another 20-30 seconds.
- Allow the patch to cool completely before wearing.
For a permanent attachment, especially on garments that are washed frequently, stitching around the edges is essential.
